"Hi Linda ! Remember the "funkfamily" (Heike and Harald Funk) of Germany ? See the Roth video below :-) :-) We are still using the NeverReach and love it ! " Heike Funk
"been using your products for a good 5+ years now, still like it even now that I don't race competitively " Par 'Swede' Larsson
"Hi Linda!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
...I won the age group in Coeur d'Alene and I will be going to Hawaii .... had the best drinking system and bike on the market !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am not too excited am I? So the time was 12:29.26.
Do you think that I could try the small system for training?" Denise Everett
"I raced only stage races and crits in 2006-07, and couldn't get anything better than 2nd place finishes, so I did TT's only for 2007-08, and I did win a couple of races; not bad for a non-TT guy like me... maybe I cheated a few seconds (minutes?) with the Neverreach system... I'd run the drinking hose down the top tube, and aerodynamically flush-form it into top using long legnths of that blue 3M painters tape, which coincedentally matches the blue paint of my Specialized TT rig... people thought I had the Neverreach tube running INSIDE my top tube! I brought the bike and Neverreach system over to Beijing during the Olympic summer that year, rode it all around Beijing... and at the Laoshan Velodrome too... that plus a couple of bottles on the seat/downtubes works great for those 100km foreign city rides... and also for the Mount Wilson Climb too" Johnny Chan " J J" " "jjjj "jj
"I just wanted to give you a big thanks for the NeverReach. When I purchased my unit, your company was extremely helpful in getting me set up and good to go for training and racing, upgrading some of the original parts for me at no charge. Since then, in the last 12 months I have put on nearly 5000 miles on my bike and have used the NeverReach in the Las Vegas half ironman, the Boise 70.3 half ironman and in the Vineman full ironman (12:16:29, race number 205, 8/1/09). I improved my half time by 1 hour between fall of 2008 and the summer of 2009 (5:43:xx). In training for my first full ironman distance triathlon this summer I was going for 5-7 hour rides in 100 F temps and needed to carry a lot of water on the frame. I live in an area that has very few stores or places to fill up my water on the bike and your unit enabled me to get to that one gas station 56 miles out, fill up and make it back with no concerns of going dry. Thanks again for your product. Stephen Bratton"
"I've been using my Neverreach system at many of my races this (2007) season, and it was especially useful at Ironman Wisconsin this past weekend, where I finished 2nd overall. Being able to carry almost 2 liters of a mixture of sports drink and carbopro helped ensure that I could easily drink the calories I needed. It allowed me to relax because I didn't have to mess around with multiple bottles or worry about a bottle bouncing out of a rear-seat cage. Seeing the straw helped remind me to drink often, and I didn't even have to refill the tank until about halfway through the bike leg. Since nutrition is such an important part of Ironman racing, I'm sure that using the Neverreach played an important role in my breakthrough performance. Thanks! Paul"
"I was the youngest competitor to have qualified this year at 18 years old (at Ironman Kona). I was very happy with the never reach and thought it was an essential piece of my equipment. I will definitely use it for future Ironmans. I love how you don't have to reach around and how easy it is to fill it up at aid stations. And you never have to worry about launching your water bottles. I appreciate the overall performance and quality. Thank you very much!" - Cody Rasmussen
"I had a great ride at Ironman Kona (2003), and was very pleased with the NeverReach. I was able to stay in the aero position almost the entire 112 miles, except for some hill climbing and refilling at aid stations. Compared to last year at Kona, I increased my average speed from 18.5 to 18.8 mph and cut my bike leg by about 5 minutes, and that was with a 3 minute penalty this year! Crosswinds were no problem with the teardrop tank. In fact, the extra surface area that the tank provides at the rear of the bike is actually advantageous for bike stability. John Cobb, Lance Armstrong's bike aerodynamics guru, recommends a deeper-rim wheel on the back, shallower on the front, for better stability at Kona. (He stated thisin a pre-race "meet the experts" meeting that I attended.) I believe the NeverReach can help achieve this goal by moving surface area from front to rear on the bike." - John Gaiser
"What a superb product NeverReach is! You won't see me racing with drink bottles again. I'm stoked I can now stay in my aerodynamic position for the entire time on my bike so going faster and harder without scarifying time and effort to hydrate myself." - Daniel Clout (2nd Place winner USA Duathlon champs/World Cup, 2003 Wildflower winner for 20-24 age group, 2003 LA Triathlon winner for 20-24 age group)
"I used the Neverreach for the first time at Wildflower this year. The incredible ease of use, ability to drink while in the aerobars, and millions of funny comments and questions made for a great race despite the terrible weather. I'll be doing my first Ironman later this summer, and I have every confidence that by using the Neverreach I won't have any problems staying hydrated. Thanks for a great product and tremendous support." - John P. Katsoudas
"Dear NeverReach: I just wanted to write to you and express how much I like your NeverReach hydration system. I used the system at the Kona 1/2 Ironman, Ironman Austria and Ironman USA Lake Placid this year. It allowed me to carry enough fluids to stay well hydrated and was very easy to use - especially along the long flats such as the Queen K at Kona. Thanks for a fantastic product and for even better customer support. - Alan Geraldi, SF Triathlon Club"
"I used the Neverreach drink system last weekend at a half ironman and loved it. I just sped past the water stations without even slowing down. I didn't need to refill once. It has become a permanent fixture on my race bike. Thank you for the product." - Jessie Kropelnicki
"The NeverReach is awesome. It kept me well hydrated even under the 30+ degrees Celsius heat in Asia. The NeverReach system (+ the bike) also turns heads everything it goes." - Alan Cheung, Hong Kong
"I used your NeverReach for the first time on Sunday at the Big Kahuna Half Ironman in Santa Cruz, CA. I was very pleased with the results, I rode the 56 miles in 2:35:12, that was over a 10 minute PR for that distance. I ride a Titanflex and really noticed the difference compared to the double water bottle behind the seat. As I set up in the transition area I felt the bike was heavy compared to before, but once I got rolling the improved areo dynamics made up for that. I had to laugh as I went over two sets of railroad tracks and noticed all the water bottles laying on the road! Thanks for a great product." - John Mason
"I did my first tri using the never reach system. I had people stopping me all the time and it interuped my bike ride because so many people were asking about it. (Joke) they did ask alot. You should have good success with this on East Coast." - Michael Hoch
"I just finished 6th in the men's 40-44 age group at the Gulf Coast Triathlon this past weekend and wanted to let you know how happy I was using the NeverReach system for the very first time! I'm a relatively big guy compared to my fellow age groupers and therefore need to drink a bit more to stay hydrated during longer races such as this half ironman race.
I saw your system mentioned in a Triathlete Magazine article and thought it would be perfect for me. This proved to be true as it absolutely was the key for me staying well hydrated early on in this very hot race. Thank you for making such a great product!" - Kit Baker
"I love the neverreach hydration system; it allows me to easily take and use large amounts of liquids. Because of its simplicity, I use it on every ride. Thank you for making such a great product!" - Mike Egan"In 2004 I was doing Ironman Canada for the second time. I had been looking for a hydration system to meet my needs for some time. The traditional systems wouldn't fit between my aerobars because they are so close together. I thought that water bottles were my only option. That was until I saw the Never Reach in the Expo. It looked so simple to use. Within minutes it was on my bike and I was about to comitt the cardinal sin of triathletes...I was trying something new the day of an Ironman race! Am I ever glad I did! The Never Reach performed flawlessly. Some people laughed at me for having such a funny looking thing on my bike. I was the one laughing in the end. I avoided all the congestion in the aid stations because I had 2L of fluid with me. I ended up besting my personal best bike time by 45 min. I'll be back at IMC in 2006 and my Never Reach will be with me." - Darryl Lem ( Cops for Cancer )
“You really have created a wonderful product. I’m a recreational distance cyclist and regularly participate in club and charity rides. I saw the NeverReach and had to have one. I hate fumbling for bottles and can’t stand wearing a hydration pack on my back. The Never Reach seemed like a logical choice and has proven itself to be right choice. I find myself concentrating on the road and due to the convenient hose I definitely drink more frequently. Thanks for a great product. I get a lot of inquires at my ride events and recommend it to everyone that asks me about it”. - Yung Follis
"I saw the system at a small race last October (2003), and that got me interested in it, glad I finally picked one up. I used it racing for the first time last month (August, 2004) in a small Olympic distance race (and set my bike split PR by over 2.5 minutes), and saw at least 3 others on the course using it. I will be using it at the MiamiMan 1/2 iron distance this coming weekend, and IMFL (my first IM, and the real reason I bought the NeverReach)." - Jason Victor
"I reside in the UK and have just recently purchased your hydration system by mail order. Apart from a speedy delivery, can I just say what an excellent idea and product. I have just competed in the UK half Ironman Triathlon using the hydration system and I found it very easy to fit and use. It gave me great pleasure sailing by those feed stations without having to slow down or stop unlike most other competitors! Before, during and after the race I had numerous people asking me what it was and where they could get it from so I hope you get more orders from the UK and good luck for the future!" - Alastair Guest
